Company Statement
Sovereign Oilfield Group Plc was formed in October 2003 and floated on the Alternative Investment Market (“AIM”), London, on 28 September 2005. With a Head Office in Aberdeen, Sovereign provides fabrication services through Sovereign Fabrication Services, and drilling services through Sovereign Drilling Services, to oil and gas companies and contractors in the UK and Internationally through 11 operating subsidiaries.
