Alkane Energy Announces An Intriguing Collaboration in A New Area Along With Its Trading Update

As if clearing the decks before Christmas Alkane Energy, the alternative energy group recently issued a three part press release.

The company owns and operates power generation plants using coal mine methane (CMM) as fuel. It has announced an update on current trading, the appointment of a new non-executive director and a collaboration agreement.

The new nonon-executive director of the company as from January 1 2010 is Joseph Darby. Joe has been involved in the energy sector throughout his career. He spent eight years with Shell Petroleum before becoming Chief Executive of Thomson North Sea. He then performed a number of...
