Drilling Set To Intensify For Faroe Petroleum As It Targets Increased 2009 Production



Faroe Petroleum is entering a busy period ahead with a number of wells lined up to follow the success of the West Breagh horizontal well, announced earlier this week.

The company has a clear geographical focus, targeting properties on the UK and Norwegian sides of the North Sea, and the Atlantic Margin.

The prospective nature of this region was evident yet again with the latest West Breagh well, 42/13-5, in the UK Southern North Sea gas basin, led by operator Sterling Resources of Canada.
