EnCore Oil Builds Project Base With Successful Breagh Drilling

The UK’s EnCore Oil has assembled a fairly large portfolio of assets, principally in and around the UK and Ireland. In addition, it holds a pair of blocks in France, plus a frontier play with the offshore Laguera block in the Western Sahara off the North-West African shoreline.

But the real focus of activity has always been closer to home, including the Breagh discovery, which this week brought more cheer for the AIM-quoted company and its followers.

Earlier drilling results have already suggested that the East Breagh and West Breagh discoveries form one large field, potentially the largest undeveloped gas field in Britain.
