Procyon Oil & Gas Limited is a facilities engineering consultancy providing services to a broad range of clients in the upstream oil and gas industry for both offshore and onshore locations.

We offer a multi-disciplinary service across all phases of upstream design, engineering, construction and operation, including conceptual design, cost estimation, facilities definition, FEED, detail design, procurement, construction management and operations support.

PROJECTS

Our recent/current projects include:

• Conceptual design and cost estimation for a large variety of offshore and onshore facilities in Europe, West/East Africa, North Africa/Middle East, and FSU.
• Offshore oilfield Gabon: conceptual and definition engineering and cost estimation for support of field development plan comprising an offshore wellhead platform and onshore processing facilities.  Particular consideration of options for low cost platform installation using the drilling rig and low cost pipeline installation using mechanically jointed pipe laid from a supply boat.  Also management of EIA.
• UK Onshore Oilfield: Engineering, procurement and construction management contract to expand the well site for additional wells and debottlenecking/expansion of the process facilities. Phase 1 was completed in May 2009 leading to a significant increase in production.  Phase 2 construction has started.
• Onshore Oilfield, Gabon:  Conceptual engineering, FEED, site surveys, detail design and procurement/construction support for major debottlenecking of two existing production trains (20,000 bopd) to allow for future increase in GOR and water cut.  Project involves addition of new gas separators upstream of the existing trains, new manifold skids, new heater systems and new flare system.   Also, technical project management team for FEED for the associated central turbo-compressor/turbo-generator project.
• Central and Southern North Sea, UK:  Conceptual engineering for production facilities for two central North Sea gas/condensate platforms (UK and Denmark) and for retrofit of water separation facilities for a UK Southern North Sea platform.  Detail process design for three minimum facilities Southern North Sea gas platforms.
• West of Ireland.  Development concept study and cost estimation for deepwater gas condensate field.   Also major update of Cost Effective Field Development study for deepwater basins including concept review and assessment and cost estimation for Irish Government Petroleum Affairs Division, Petroleum Infrastructure Programme.
